A nine-storey building under construction in a city north of the Philippine capital collapsed early Sunday (24 March).
The number rescued in the collapse, including those in the vicinity, is at 24, with no deaths reported, Jay Pelayo, information officer Angeles City north of the capital Manila, told Reuters.
