Former Michigan TE hoping to see NFL draft payoff after leaving Europe
Marlin Klein left Germany to play football in America and entered a whole new world.
The teenager left behind the sports he loved as a youngster and went to work in the Georgia mountains, using Google Translate to become fluent in English.
Klein managed to overcome those initial hurdles, earned a college scholarship at Michigan and now could be a top selection in this year's international NFL draft class.
The draft will be held Thursday, Friday and Saturday in Pittsburgh.
