Spanish Prime Minister Pedro Sánchez said Saturday that fire crews were "in for a difficult few hours" as they responded to wildfires that have forced the evacuation of tens of thousands of people.
Some 70,000 people have been evacuated in central Spain, as wildfires raged across southern Europe this week displacing more than a quarter-million people.
