42% of Canadians will be diagnosed with cancer, study estimates show

New data published in the Canadian Medical Association journal is underscoring the burden cancer continues to place on people across the country.
 
Medical oncologist Dr. Denis Souliere says while projected numbers are high, the report also underscores some meaningful progress.
