A judge has ruled that key evidence in the case against alleged CEO killer Luigi Mangione cannot be shown at trial while also clearing the way for prosecutors to use other evidence they insist points to motive.
A gun and notebook that prosecutors say link Mangione to the killing of UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson can be used as evidence, a judge ruled Monday, rejecting the defense’s argument that they were seized illegally.
