US President Donald Trump says he has called off planned strikes on Iran, citing what he described as a breakthrough in high-level negotiations with Tehran.
However Iran's Foreign Ministry says Tehran hasn't reached a final decision yet.
But speaking at the White House, Trump said the 'final points' of an agreement had been approved by all parties involved.
