Homeland Security Secretary Markwayne Mullin is defending conditions at the Delaney Hall ICE detention facility in Newark, New Jersey.
The center has been the site of ongoing protests that have at times turned into violent clashes between demonstrators and immigration officers.
Newark Mayor Ras Baraka, who was arrested outside of the facility last year, joins "The Daily Report" to discuss.
