Rubio speaks on Iran at the Association of Southeast Asian Nations meeting in Manila

Commenting on the Iran war, U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio said that President Donald Trump's policy toward Iran is a "head for an eye."
That was in response to Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi supposedly describing Iran's own policy toward the war as an "eye for an eye."
