Russia’s FSB security service accuses Telegram founder Pavel Durov of ‘aiding terrorism,’ issues international arrest warrant

Telegram founder Pavel Durov has been charged with facilitating terrorist activity, as the messaging app’s operators do not remove channels and bots used to coordinate terrorist attacks and acts of sabotage in Russia.

The Federal Security Service (FSB) made the announcement, Interfax reported.
