Agency steps in over Lalamove driver dispute

The Electronic Transactions Development Agency (ETDA) will work with the Ministry of Digital Economy and Society (DES) to seek a solution to a dispute between Lalamove delivery drivers and the platform operator after drivers complained that the platform's alleged cuts to their delivery fees and insufficient welfare were affecting their livelihoods.
