Israeli municipal inspector tells resident to remove sign urging people to vote

The Rehovot inspector cited complaints from residents and said the sign required a permit.

The resident said it was a nonpartisan call to vote, not campaign advertising.

The municipality later rescinded the removal demand pending a legal review
