High-stakes negotiations between the United States, Iran, and Pakistan have entered a critical phase in Islamabad, with talks stretching late into the night.

Iran has set firm preconditions, including the release of frozen assets and an end to Israeli strikes in Lebanon, while the U.S. is pushing for unrestricted global access through the Strait of Hormuz and limits on Iran’s nuclear ambitions.
AL Jazeera's Osama Bin Javaid joins live from the Pakistani capital, Islamabad.
