Border Patrol shooting suspect hospitalization ‘winding down’

Blu Zeke Daly, 26, of Manchester, N.H., who is charged with the attempted murder of a federal agent, suffered a gunshot wound to the head in the Feb. 22 encounter, according to court records.

Since then, Daly has been hospitalized in FBI custody.
