Neoliberals like Andy Burnham don’t bring in socialist policies

I AGREE wholeheartedly with Richie Venton’s call to the new Prime Minister to make a serious change of tack towards socialist-oriented policies that will benefit society (An open letter to the UK’s new self-proclaimed ‘socialist’ PM, Jul 22).

Unfortunately, I fear that he and the rest of us are doomed to disappointment.
