Israeli drone strike kills Palestinian, injures others in latest Gaza ceasefire violation

One Palestinian was killed and others were injured Saturday in an Israeli drone strike targeting the courtyard of a home in the central Gaza Strip, in the latest violation of an ongoing ceasefire, a medical source said.

Witnesses told Anadolu that an Israeli drone struck the courtyard in the Al-Bassa area of Deir al-Balah.

A medical source told Anadolu Agency that the attack killed one Palestinian and injured several others.

The strike was part of Israel’s continuing violations of a ceasefire agreement in effect in Gaza since Oct. 10, 2025.
