Kolkata's 19 appellate tribunals will commence hearing elector inclusion/exclusion appeals on Monday, following the freezing of the electoral roll for Bengal's second-phase assembly polls.
These tribunals, established after a Supreme Court order, will address grievances for over 27 lakh names excluded from supplementary lists.
