Lois Romano: Bush "grossly underestimated"

C-SPAN's "America's Book Club" — Lois Romano, a writer and biographer of Mary Todd Lincoln, said she thinks President George W. Bush was "grossly underestimated."

"I came away thinking he was grossly underestimated.

I mean, he was the class clown.

He was a president's son.

But he proved to be an incredibly smart political operator and an amazingly disciplined campaigner," Ms. Romano said.
