Protesters ask court to delay sale of polluted Nevada copper mine land to private company
Opponents to the federal government's efforts to sell 2,000 acres of public land in and around the Anaconda Copper Mine site to Atlantic Richfield Company are optimistic their plea for a preliminary injunction will be granted by a federal judge.
