Elon Musk to become world's first trillionaire after SpaceX public offering

Elon Musk's SpaceX company is launching the world's largest stock market debut later today - after selling more than 555 million shares in its initial public offering.

That would put the company's value at almost $1.8 trillion - and make Musk the world's first trillionaire.

Other potential trillion-dollar companies are planning to go public - starting with artificial intelligence giants Anthropic and its rival OpenAI.
