Canada intends to buy Saab early warning aircraft, says Carney
Canada has entered into negotiations to buy a fleet of GlobalEye early warning aircraft from Sweden's Saab, Prime Minister Mark Carney told reporters on Wednesday.
The GlobalEye is based on Bombardier's Global 6500 jet.
Boeing's E-7 Wedgetail plane had also been in contention.
