MacBook Pro overhaul: entry-level model to gain new design sooner than expected

Earlier this week, https://www.bloomberg.com/news/articles/2026-07-01/apple-readies-new-ipad-pro-redesigned-entry-macbook-pro-for-first-half-2027">Bloomberg’s Mark Gurman revealed that Apple has a new M7-powered entry level MacBook Pro in the pipeline for spring 2027.

This isn’t an ordinary MacBook Pro refresh though.
