Five officers injured after boat crash into Westminster Bridge

Five Metropolitan Police officers have been injured, after a police boat crashed into Westminster Bridge in central London.

Some officers were thrown overboard, and were treated by paramedics after being recovered from the water.

A fire service boat could be seen towing the police boat down the River Thames away from Westminster Bridge.
