A 20-year-old Texas man, Daniel Moreno-Gama, has been charged with attempted murder and federal explosives offenses after throwing a Molotov cocktail at OpenAI CEO Sam Altman's San Francisco home and threatening to burn down the company's headquarters.
When arrested, he was carrying kerosene, a lighter, and a three-part anti-AI document that named Altman and listed the addresses of other AI executives.
Prosecutors are weighing domestic terrorism charges.
