At least four people have been injured after a black bear stormed into a steel works plant in Fukushima, Japan on Tuesday.

Surveillance footage shows the bear attacking a person outside the plant before running inside.
Local media reports the bear also attacked people in a neighbourhood and went into another factory nearby.
It's believed the animal is still in the factory and police have declared an emergency to allow it to be shot.
Nearby schools have been closed and the factory has suspended operations.
