Goa student, 23, who was booked for littering after viral clip, kills self
A 23-year-old Goan student tragically ended his life after a video of him littering went viral, leading to an FIR. Chief Minister Pramod Sawant has ordered an inquiry into the incident.
The student was summoned to the police station, served a notice, and allowed to return home before the fatal event.
