Sen. Dick Durbin (D-IL), the ranking member of the Judiciary Committee, paid tribute Wednesday to the late Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-SC) at the start of the panel's confirmation hearing for attorney general nominee Todd Blanche.
"He was a good person, a valuable part of the Senate family, and an extremely valuable part of this committee," Sen. Durbin said.
