Pope Leo has held a mass in the largest English-speaking city in a country where most people speak French.
Huge crowds gathered in Bamenda to hear the message from the head of the Roman Catholic Church.
Many hope the visit will bring attention to years of separatist violence in the region.
It's killed thousands of people since 2017.
Cameroon is Pope Leo's second stop on a four-nation tour of Africa.
