Bloomberg Opinion columnist and former president of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York Bill Dudley says people would be upset if Fed Chair Jerome Powell was fired and he says Kevin Warsh, President Donald Trump's nominee to replace him, has to win the "hearts and minds" of FOMC members to prove he can be independent.
