In an era of rapid technological innovation and artificial intelligence, how can progress continue to serve humanity?
At this year's Forum on Global Human Rights Governance in Beijing, Peru's former Prime Minister Eduardo Melchor Arana Ysa said it is imperative to ensure AI is put in the service of humanity.

Exploring the right to development, human rights governance and global cooperation, he stressed that AI governance, along with poverty, inequality and climate change, are shared challenges we must address by joining hands.

Only that way can we do our duty by our people and future generations, he concluded.
