A 7.8 magnitude earthquake rocked the Philippines Monday morning, tearing apart buildings and displacing thousands.
At least 32 people are reported dead with dozens injured as first responders continue to assess the damage.
“My tears started to fall.
It was the first time I experienced something that strong, that I really couldn't stop myself from tearing up.
I thought about my children and my niece, what if something had happened to them.
Thank God they're okay, but my sibling's house collapsed,” one local described.
As Nathaniel Dove reports, the quake triggered tsunami warnings across several countries.
