Rail chaos in north-west England for second day

There's been a second day of disruption for rail passengers in north-west England after a 90-second power failure plunged services into disarray.

The outage hit a key signalling centre in Manchester yesterday afternoon which caused widespread cancellations and delays.

Rail companies said they hoped to get services back to normal this afternoon.
