Montreal’s newest hockey champions celebrated their first professional Women’s Hockey League championship on Saturday.
The Montreal Victoire held a parade downtown to celebrate their historic win, capped off by speeches and music in the city’s entertainment district.
Team Captain Marie-Philip Poulin told fans she’s been feeling “so much love” amid more than a week of festivities.
As Felicia Parillo reports, Saturday’s celebration was about much more than the trophy.
