The German airline Lufthansa said it would cut 20,000 flights in the coming months to accommodate rising jet fuel costs amid the ongoing war with Iran.
The schedule adjustments will affect “unprofitable short-haul flights” in Europe through the end of October, the Lufthansa Group said in a press release Tuesday.
