Dashcam footage has captured the moment Aeon mall in Japan's Kumamoto prefecture exploded following a massive 6.8 magnitude earthquake on 28 July.

Three people were killed in the mall and others are still missing.
Overall, the death toll from the earthquake has risen to 34.
Search and rescue teams have been deployed to find any remaining survivors and investigations into the cause of the explosion are still underway.
The explosion occurred around an hour after the earthquake. 3,000 customers were inside the mall at the time of the quake, as well as between 1,300 and 1,500 employees, but were evacuated before the explosion.
