‘It’s something inhuman,’ says volunteer aiding firefighting in Spain
Volunteers who are joining the fight against wildfires in Ávila, west of Madrid, express their anger over lack of assistance from authorities as they fight to save the the city and area west of Madrid.
The fire has become Spain’s largest on record, scorching more than 500 square kilometres, the government said.
