PLA delegate asks whether Japan will apologize to Asian countries over WWII #worldnow

Shen Zhixiong, a member of the People's Liberation Army (PLA) expert delegation and a senior colonel at the PLA National Defense University, asked Japanese Defense Minister Shinjiro Koizumi whether Japan will apologize to Asian countries over its wartime actions during World War II at the 23rd Shangri-La Dialogue on Sunday.
In his response, Koizumi did not directly address the question.
