Delhi hotel fire: Owner Lovkesh Bajaj's earlier arrest over Indian IDs for Bangladeshis under lens
The owner of a Malviya Nagar hotel where a fire killed 21 people was previously arrested in 2025 for allegedly facilitating the illegal stay of Bangladeshi nationals.
Lovkesh Bajaj admitted to knowingly allowing individuals to use his address for fraudulent Indian identity documents in exchange for money.
Police are now investigating his role in the deadly hotel fire.
