Kerala woman stabbed to death by son, surrenders to police

A 30-year-old man in Kannur, Kerala, has surrendered to the police after allegedly killing his mother, 53-year-old Geethamma, with a knife.

The incident occurred Friday night at their home in Kanichar.

Police stated the accused believed locals were speaking negatively about his mother.
