The Chinese delegation has arrived in Singapore for the 23rd Shangri-La Dialogue.
The People's Liberation Army expert delegation is headed by Major General Meng Xiangqing, a professor at the National Defense University.
Scholars from the PLA Academy of Military Science and the PLA Navy are also part of the delegation.
China's Ministry of National Defense says the visit is aimed at building mutual trust, addressing concerns, forging consensus, and deepening cooperation.
