Batohi withdraws from Nkabinde inquiry citing âhostililityâ
Former NPA head, advocate Shamila Batohi, has formally withdrawn from the Nkabinde Commission, which is investigating the fitness of Gauteng Director of Public Prosecutions advocate Andrew Chauke to hold office.
She described the proceedings as âhostile, accusatory and discouragingâ.
