Amnesty International issues rare condemnation of Hamas, demands end to extrajudicial executions

The organization, which has frequently criticized Israel’s actions in Gaza, Lebanon, and the West Bank, demanded that Hamas end impunity for extrajudicial killings and reprisal attacks.
