Push to open underused Dublin bus lanes to all road users dismissed by Dublin City Council
Former Lord Mayor Nial Ring called on Dublin City Council to open certain 24-hour bus lanes to general traffic during off-peak times in order to reduce congestion and emissions from idling vehicles
