EU meeting in Cyprus: Talks held as a 105 billion dollar loan is set for Ukraine

After months of delays, EU leaders in Cyprus unanimously approved a €90bn ($105bn) loan for Ukraine.

Ursula von der Leyen says funds will arrive before end-June, with one third for the budget and two thirds for defence, starting with drones.
