DOJ investigating Swalwell over sexual misconduct allegations

The Justice Department is investigating former Rep. Eric Swalwell (D-Calif.) over allegations of sexual misconduct, a source familiar confirmed to The Hill.

Five women have come forward so far with allegations of sexual assault or misconduct over the last several years.

The district attorneys for Los Angeles and Manhattan have also launched probes.
