Abhisit says borrowing B400 billion won’t spur growth

Democrat Party leader Abhisit Vejjajiva has outlined four reasons for rejecting an emergency decree authorising the government to borrow 400 billion baht, warning that its passage would do little to change Thailand’s economic growth prospects while leaving people exposed to an ongoing energy crisis.
