UP horror: Man kills brother with LPG cylinder after family dispute

A 24-year-old man allegedly killed his younger brother with an LPG cylinder in Lucknow after the victim intervened in assaults on their parents.

The accused then dragged the victim onto the road, proclaiming he had killed him.
