Andy Kershaw dies at 66 after battle with spinal cancer
Broadcaster Andy Kershaw, known for his BBC Radio 1 and Live Aid work, has passed away at 66.
His family confirmed his death following a battle with spinal cancer, diagnosed in August 2025, which had significantly impacted his mobility.
Kershaw had been undergoing various treatments and remained optimistic about future projects.
