ILIMAN NDIAYE is heading to Tottenham after reaching an agreement in principle to sign the Everton winger.
Richarlison, meanwhile, will be going back to Merseyside but the two moves are reportedly NOT linked, according to The Athletic.
Both transfers will be subject to personal terms and, of course, medicals which are yet to happen.
