Boy Rescued from Van in France

Police in the village of Hagenbach were alerted by a neighbor who heard 'sounds of a child' coming from the vehicle.

Upon discovery, the boy was found in a fetal position surrounded by trash and excrement, having reportedly not showered since 2024.

The father has been detained and bizarrely claimed he imprisoned the child to 'protect him.' The boy is now receiving medical treatment in a hospital while authorities investigate the full extent of the neglect.
