Prince Harry Sued for Defamation
The defamation claim, originally filed in London's High Court on March 24, also names former trustee Mark Dyer as a defendant.
While specific details of the claim have not been made public, a spokesperson for the Prince stated that he 'categorically' rejects the 'offensive and damaging' allegations.
The dispute reportedly stems from a breakdown in the relationship between Harry and the board's chair, Sophie Chandauka, which the Prince previously described as 'beyond repair.' Sentebale, which supports youths living with HIV in Lesotho and Botswana, has published a lengthy statement on its website regarding the proceedings.
